Like Lynn, I’m going to a Physical Therapist, and doing the exercises he recommends. My knee still hurts enough to stop me from going on the elliptical, but much less than it used to and I can take walks, even if I’m not even trying to walk fast.

Monday: 15mn flexibility, lying single leg raises: 4 sets, 15 reps, Thighmaster: 4 sets, 15 reps, sitting up legs extended, feet flex: 2x10mn, 10500steps
